We are very grateful for the opportunity to share with a group from the Kobe Union Church in Kobe, Japan. We met via Zoom and presented the need for a sign language Bible translation for the Deaf community in Japan. Several had a background in linguistics or translation and understood the challenges faced in the work we do. The group’s enthusiasm and response were a tremendous encouragement.
